We offer a 30-day refund window for all Pro license purchases. If you are not satisfied with InkTyper for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Your license key
- The email address used for purchase
- (Optional) A brief reason — helps us improve!
We process refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
After Refund
Once a refund is processed, your Pro license will be deactivated, and the software will revert to the Free tier with its standard usage limitations.
Exceptions
Refunds requested after 30 days from purchase are handled on a case-by-case basis. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent license revocation.
